What’s amazing is that there seems to be little hesitation of the crazy moves coming out of the Obama White House. At least Clinton pulled Hillary back and said Enough is Enough. These guys are acting like political rank amateurs flailing about like Ian Holm in Alien after his head is knocked off.  Oh – I forgot! – They are political rank amateurs!!!!!…. If nothing else comes out of all of this besides wiping out the United States, is that young people learn that EXPERIENCE MATTERS!!!!

Rolling Stone magazine finally comes forth and spotlights the economic mess (The Big Takeover’). Where were they 6 months ago? How about a year ago? They were busy pushing their candidate on a level of the absurd with their endless covers of their Obama deity. Now we’re stuck. They realize things have gone awry. They are now publishing stories about it.

It bugs me that I’ve been drawing about this for years and now folks are acting as if none of this knowledge was available until now.

Have to give them kudos for allowing this story out. It could have had more and really gotten into the Geitner issue. But, frankly, it’s probably over the heads of many of it’s readers as it is.

Something important the writer missed is that a good deal of the loans lent by A.I.G. were lent to folks in Europe. We’ve been handing money to a company that is paying itself and paying off parts of Europe.

This is all about what the present ‘Tea Party’s are about. Or Glenn Beck’s ‘The 912 Project’. It’s not just conservative. These Big Brother Business clowns are effecting us all. We need to know it and act.

Over my years with the City of Orlando part of my job was also records management a few years ago, I got to watch what I thought would be the salvation of gathered paper into the digital world. Only to watch too much of it turn into a disaster. There was a higher up supervisor that insisted on buying the newest of computer equpment. It was savvy for the ridiculous ever shifting move to everything being digital or “paperless”. The problem was we all took it seriously. We put all sorts of records on the various media that we had. When I left stacks of Bernoulli cassettes, laser discs, and other various machines held data never to be opened again because the machinery to open it had been destroyed or there was no way to connect the machines to newer machines to get it out. Above is a depiction of the file area at Orlando City Hall.

I was at ‘We Surround Them’ in Kissimmee at Kool Katz restaurant.  It was a gathering of Glenn Beck listeners who were called upon to get together and watch Glenn’s program to see how we Americans can all can get the message out t out to politicians that ‘We Surround Them’.

Glenn had a communist on his program that Glenn offered to share Peeps with. As Glenn started to do this, the communist picked up and started drinking Glenn’s water. Glenn acknowledged that sharing the water was OK, too. Above Laura brought Peeps – TO SHARE!

After Glenn’s program I spoke to the crowd as did Kool Katz owner Laurie Peterson. I then wemt on to draw free caricatures of attendees. You can see those at my regular blog by clicking here.
